Love the fact that it's a quick walk to both the Bayswater AND Queensway Tube stations, which makes it really easy to get back and forth around town. All rooms have LCD TVs, free Wi-Fi and coffee and tea-making facilities.
The location is excellent, with nearby streets full of cafes and shops. Both bus and metro stations are easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist. Our room was small but clean and cozy, offering a lovely view of the garden. I highly recommend this place for a stay in London.
