We are Edmond and Merita Asllanaj, the owners and operators of Donald's Pancake House. We grew up in Albania, finished college, got married and decided it was time to find a better life for our family and get out from under communist rule. We made our move to Greece which we loved, but ultimately decided to move to Pennsylvania since we already had family members living there.
